While our main focus is flooring inspections and teaching classes for The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), we offer a few other services that can help you and your business.
CONSULTATION
We can help you with cleaning situations, inspection consultations, and product specifications.
Mark’s almost 50 years' experience in cleaning gives him a wide knowledge of cleaning situations. He has experience in cleaning and maintaining all flooring types from carpet, commercial carpet tile, vinyl flooring, and ceramic tile.
We can help consult you on flooring issues. As they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words”, send us pictures, send us the other inspector’s report or manufacturer’s decline letter. Talk us through your issue and we may be able to help diagnose the issue and guide you to an outcome.
Jessica’s extensive experience in sales and her role as a Credentialed Inspector provide her with a unique perspective on identifying the most suitable products for each situation. She can help guide you to the ideal products for your installation.
CONCRETE MOISTURE TESTING
We are certified to provide in-situ and Calcium Chloride (CaCl2) moisture testing. Using the latest technology in moisture testing, we can provide you with the data needed to know if the concrete is ready for flooring. Moisture testing post-installation can tell you if moisture in the slab is really the culprit for an issue.
NATIONAL FLOOR SAFETY INSTITUTE WALKWAY AUDITOR
Mark recently completed the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) Walkway Auditor certification. For years Mark sold entrance mats to commercial accounts his cleaning company did work for. There is a perfect style, shape and size mat for every entrance or location in a building. However, the mat must be cared for properly so it does not become a tripping hazard. Completing the course and with his background experience, Mark has a unique perspective as to how slip, trip and fall accidents can occur. He can help you troubleshoot risks and help prevent these accidents from happening in your buildings.
CARPET AND COLOR REPAIR
We can perform spot dyeing repairs for discolorations (color loss) in carpet in small areas and/or do minor carpet repairs on almost any carpet. Pulled rows of yarn, seam repairs, bleach spots, dog chew holes. All of these can be fixed! Give us a call, send a picture, and we can tell you how we can help!
BOTTOM LINE
We are always able to help with any Inspections you have, phone consultations, or teach a private IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician or Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician class. We can also modify the classes to teach your staff basic skills in cleaning or carpet repair and reinstallation.
